- Moving the head. He can move from side to side to follow mum’s voice… Day Five.
- Dad packs the car so we can drive back to Brisbane from out near Uki… at 5:00am…
- Mum is very excited… Waters are gone but not really any contractions yet…
- We get home after monitoring at the hospital and Mum decides to finally put all the clean baby washing away. Better have a late nesting urge than never….

- Dad gets nesting and cleans the floors
- Contractions are getting stronger. Crouching on the day bed.
- Oscar has just arrived. and mum is having a cuddle.
- Fresh from the womb – with a bit of poo and muck on his face. He got suctioned as he had a poo at the last minute on the way out but all was good.
- About to get weighed and measured. Check out the cone-head look. It was a bit squashy coming out backwards (OP) through mum’s pelvis (and ouchy for mum too).
